The house and surrounding property are in an advanced stated of disrepair. There have been 5 previous and similar cases at this address since 2008 and two of those cases had to be resolved in court.
The vegetation is untended, some dead and some overgrown. There are weeds throughout the property. The perimeter yard fence is dilapidated and falling is some places, which is a common element of all previous complaints, and in general the residence is not being cared for in a reasonable and proper fashion. Neither listed owner is paying a water bill in their own name within the City of Tucson and are not listed owners of any other property in Pima county. Will discuss with Mike and likely move to directly to citation via the posting and publication method.
