At site, with Elizabeth L. Civil Engineer. We spoke to a neighbor about the illegal dumping of dirt in the wash. He stated that the person responsible for the dumping had remove approximately 80% of the dirt. The wash is owned by the HOA, spoke to HOA manager, Kat, she stated that she notified the neighbor of the clean up. Elizabeth wants more of the dirt in the wash removed.
