Multiple inspections at different times show that peddler cart for BK Hotdogs 1) has an electronic scrolling sign installed, which is an illegal type and 2) is leaving the cart on the ROW when not in use and during non allowable hours (11pm-6am). There is an issued peddler permit for the location to BK. |
