Talk to both owners and the drainage line needs to be removed due to going through another property and not the same owners. The property owner of 5885 S. Jeanette Blvd. will be sending the owner of 1201, 1203, 1205 E. Alvord Rd. a letter giving 30 days to remove the drainage line and connect somewhere else not on their property. The owner of Alvord will wait for the letter and will be having money issues due to the cost of the new line installation. At this time the case will be closed due to will be a Civil matter. Have met with supervisor Rick Saldate on this case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
