The property is Family Dollar and met with the manager. Has 2-dumpster on the west side of the building and are over flowing. They have a problem with the neighbors dumping into the dumpster. Found graffiti on the west side of the metal siding of the exterior of the structure. The property has just been cleaned and already in the condition it's in now. Went over on locking the dumpster and they have already done that and they were bending the tops to get in. They will address the issues. Will check in 20 days. RV. |
