01/20/2015 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | There is evidence of mold on the exterior stucco wall adjacent to the bathroom. On the interior there is evidence of water damage to the flooring. The tenant stated that when someone takes a bath water appears on the inside and the outside. At the time of inspection everything was dry due to non-use. Tenant complained of toilet malfunction and when tested it does have a sticky float assembly. Tenant complained of a slow drain in the master bathroom tub. I added some water and it did drain however very slowly and not what would be considered typical or normal. I explained that CE does not address mold and she would need to contact a mold specialist of her own accord and then negotiate with her landlord for who would pay for any necessary work. I will send an NOV to the PM for the water leak, the toiled and the slow drain in the MB tub. |
