Visited site and took pictures. I found an erect palm tree in the back yard. I can not verify if the tree is dead. The top has been removed. These trees have been known to come back. The trunk is in tact, not leaning or showing signs of dead in the bark. Action: at this time the tree apears to be alive, will re-assess in the future if another complaint is generated. |
