11/17/2016 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval Sixth Floor, need to fill in open conduit with fire stop. The fire smoke dampers need to be labeled and tested.
Need keys for elevator key box.
Install smoke gaskets and door closers on rated doors throughout building where missing. Remove cover from fire sprinkler head in closet on first floor.
10/28/2016 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval Floors 1-4 approved by CB. 5th floor approved by me (JVINCENT). TCO pending bldg approvals OK for not having a fully functional fire alarm sytem above the 5th floor.
10/26/2016 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval 1. Tested corridor smokes, horn/strobes and Fire Smoke Dampers on 3rd and 4th floors. All tested ok and reported to panel and central station.
2. Tested Heat detector and horn/strobes on 2nd floor. All Tested good.
3. Tested Elevator firefighter recall. Tested good.
