I HAVE ADVISED THE CONTRACTOR THAT THEY STILL NEED THE CERT LETTER AND REVISED DRAWINGS FOR THE FINAL AND TO CLOSEOUT THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE. THE CURRENT ISSUES THAT I HAVE WITH THIS SITE IS THAT: 1) THEY WILL NEED TO CHANGE THE DRAINAGE OUTLETS FROM THE ROOF DRAINAGE SO THAT IT DIRECTS THE WATER DIRECTLY INTO THE ADJACENT SIDEWALK SCUPPER. 2) SHOW ALL MODIFICATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE ON THIS SITE ON THE REVISED DRAWINGS. 3) THE TREASH ENCLOSURE HAS NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED PER THE APPROVED DRAWINS, THE CENTER WALL HAS BEEN ELIMINATED. ONCE THESE HAVE ALL BEEN ADDRESSED THEN RESCHEDULE THE SITE FOR ANOTHER FINAL INSPECTION FOR THE BUILDING AND THE SITE PLANS.
09/16/2016 ENGINEERING - FINAL Continued 1) ENSURE DP15-0093 PERMIT IS FINALED, PRIOR TO APPROVAL. CALL IN FOR FINAL GRTADING INSPECTION
2) COMPLETE LANDSCAPING TO INCLUDE ROCK STABILIZATION AND RIP RAP
3) PROVIDE A CERTIFICATION STATEMENT FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD
4) REMOVE CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND EQUIPMENT
5) PROVIDE A N APPROVED , REVISED PLAN FOR FINAL INSPECTION
09/08/2016 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval LOOKED OVER THE SITE FOR ISSUES, CHECKED THE SIDEWALKS AND PARKING SPACES FOR ADA COMPLIANCE ISSUES. THE PARKING AREAS APPEAR TO BE OK, BUT THERE ARE SOME ISSUES IN THE SIDEWALK AREAS THAT DO NOT MEET THE MAXIMUM 2% SLOPE STANDARDS. I HAVE ADVISED THE CONTRACTOR OF THE AREAS THAT FALL WITHIN THE PRIVATE PROPERTY BOUNDARIES, THESE NEED TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
I HAVE ALSO ADVISED HIM OF AREAS THAT ARE OUT WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, BUT THESE AREAS NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENTS AS FAR AS WHAT TYPE OF REPAIRE NEED TO BE MADE.
THEY WILL BE WORKING ON SOME OF THE REMOVALS OF THE DRIVEWAY WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OFF OF GRANT ROAD AND THEN THE AREAS OF SIDEWALK THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITHIN THE PROPERTY LIMITS.
09/07/2016 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval WALKED WITH THE CONTRACTOR AROUND THE SITE LOOKING OVER THE AREAS TO SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT MIGHT KEEP THEM FROM A TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY, EVERYTHING LOOKS OK FOR THE STOCKING ONLY TCO, ALTHOUGH THEY ALREADY HAVE PERSONNEL IN THE STORE INSTALLING SHELVING MATERIAL.
