Contractor's representative was given the following notice in written on inspection form: No grease vapor cooking allowed until an approved plan and permit pull for a type-1 hood system and fire extinguisher system. Fire wall all the way to the deck taped and sealed around duct work and conduit, emergency lights worked, panic hardware on doors to rear exit, exit sign place over 2nd door to rear exit, ceiling tiles in place, plans have been changed showing rear meeting room ("B" occupancy) OCC load of 45 and front coffee shop area (occupancy "A-2") OCC load 71. |

Second exit must have panic hardware. 3. must place an exit sign over second exit ( south door into A3). 4. need covers over outlets and switch plates. 5. Need tables and chairs arranged for seating ( to determine if occ load is met) 6. ceiling tiles muct be in place 7. There is no one on site to test emergency lights and back up exit sign lighting. 8. Fire walls must extend from floor to deck. |
