12/11/2015 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval duct detector number 1 was not shutting down the Correct ventilation unit. ( general contractor stated that the AC technician wired the detector to the wrong vents).
Check to see that DD1 shuts down the correct unit. Already smoked the dectector and it worked...ok to use test button.
12/09/2015 FIRE - FINAL Partial Approval Ceiling Tiles are not in place, duct detectors did not shut down unit.
OKAY for TCO to stock only but no public until reinspection fees are paid, hood system approved and final inspection for this permit is complete._Ken B
