1. Missing tap
2. Need coverage between drop ceiling and over two freezers. 3. Missing two uprights in Kitchen on South East corner above drop ceiling near hoods.
4. Change plans to reflect that one head in women's restroom over toilets is still an upright
5. Must have 12 inches between pendant in bar and 4 inch duct work below ( 3 times rule).
6. replace painted over heads in bar and directly North of bar in dining.
7. remove tape from heads in bar
8. Provide results of last sprinkler system inspection to include the last 5 yr check valve test.
9. Replace missing cap on FDC on NW corner of parking lot.
