Passed hydro test. Held 210 lbs for more than 2 hours. Below is are notes made numbered to match plans on file in fire until as builds are submitted. 1. head was added for coverage on NE corner of the North canopy 2. verify old heads and pipe demo'd in office 3. verify old heads and pipe demo'd in office 4. Exit sign blocking spray pattern ( too close) 5. head added on West side of wall 6. head added on East side of wall 7. head moved to cover under soffit 8. head moved to cover under soffit 9. 3 inch Feeder to branches in lobby lounge moved from North to the South wall of building. 10. 1 1/4 inch branch with uprights moved East closer to wall and over duct work 11. 1 1/4 inch line with two pendants under duct work in lobby lounge near South East Exit. 12. Missing head under ventilation in Mechanical Room 13. addition of shade cloth and bracing over South East most Patio ( storage) extends the building and sprinkler coverage shall be extended to cover underneath or shade cloth shall be removed. |
