2) Mount class K extinguisher.
3) Partial approvol only will be given until fire alarm is installed, hood connected to alarm and monitored.
4) Need 8" baffle between fryer and range. Not enough space under hood to comply with 16" clearance.
5) Waiting on letter from captivaire for 36" clearance on hood. Currently have 14".
12/14/2015 FIRE - KITCHEN EXH HOOD FINAL Denied Did not test the system. Building is required to have fire alarm system due to fire sprinkler system requirement for monitoring in 2005. Emailed General Contractor of the requirement and copied the section of the approved plans that indicated the requirement in 2005.
