In 2nd floor corridor north side top of stairs move sidewall head 4 inches away from wall with door that was installed. 4. Correct sprinkler coverage in chase exposed room for bathrooms one head blocked by piping. 5. Need to have sprinkler system monitored on the fire alarm system (flow switch and tamper switch on main valve). 6. Need outside fire bell for sprinkler system 7. Need to sign valves on riser 8. Need sidewall head in spare head box 9. Need to patch all holes in walls and ceilings in mechanical rooms and janitors rooms |
