On site, there is are horizontal chain broilers where the the ovens should be. The factory description is a conveyer oven, however inside it lists temperatures at which to cook meats, wings, etc ( items that can produce grease laden vapors).
Must resubmit plans that reflect the correct equipment under the hood with the appropriate nozzle coverage for that appliance. R102 systems require 2 type 1N nozzles for horizontal chain broilers.
