10/09/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval 1. Piping for 3 Fire hydrants on eastside between finger buildings.
2. Inspected 10" piping on Westside of building to SW corner and both Westside finger buildings.
10/05/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Cancelled On site (1:45PM) found nothing has changed and could not find UG contractor talked to a person driving by in a Layton truck asked he has seen anybody from the UG company stated no, I did a drive by on the property could not find UG contractor.
10/01/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval OK to bury NW corner heading south to bay drive one.
09/30/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval Okay to bury 400' Feet of 10" inch PVC pipe northside first 45 to riser after the first 10 loading docks going west ward.
Still need to pressure test and flush.

09/16/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval At this time 680 feet of 12" line inspected southeast even with fir pump room, 197 feet of 10" line looked at southeast even with fire pump room, still needs 225 psi test and flushing. Thrust blocking being used for all 12" lines according to FM requirements (contractor stated), contractor will be leaving all 45's, 90's in the open and then pour blocking for TFD inspector to inspect.
Still need to pressure test and flush.
09/11/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval 1. Awaiting letter from Engineer in regards to bell restraints and joints.
2. Courtesy inspection.
3. Ok to backfill SE corner of 10" inch pipe.
4. Still need hydro and flush.
09/03/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval Called out to inspect 238' of 10" C-900 underground piping NOT APPROVED - DO NOT cover until answers are given from Civil Engineer Mark Beck about needing to add bell restrains to all bell joints or correct and install per C.O.T. standards DTL. W-600 (SD-600) or W-610 (SD-610).
Still need to pressure test and flush.
08/18/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Continued SET UP MEETING WITH CONTRACTOR TO DISCUSS FD EXPECTATIONS
