07/10/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Partial Approval #2 and #3 (20 ft and 25 ft sections of ductile iron passed hydro.
#1 on plans ( 60 ft section ) FAILED hydro.
No thrust blocks at stub up because contractor says the builders who come in may not come in for a few years and may move service line and stub up. If no thrust blocks, permit can not be finalled and will remain partially open until someone installs the thrust blocks per the approved plans.
