04/29/2015 FIRE SPKLR - UG PIPING FLUSH Denied Need 36" depth for the fire line because of traffic driving over the line, contractor asked if they can us a slurry to meet the requirements for 36 inch burial I advised if they get an engineer to write a letter stating that slurry poured over the piping will meet the requirements for 36 inch burial depth then this will be approved. Also advised the contractor to ploy-plastic cover all piping so as the slurry can't damage the piping.

200 PSI test for 2 hours approved if slurry is approved an engineer as equal to 36 inch burial depth.
