Before the inspection was started I and metro contractor found the hood systems in the off position and cooking was being performed we turn on the hood system and I advised the store manager on duty for that day. This will be the only warning given a citation will be issued if the hood system(s) are found off during cooking operations and hood system will be designed and installed to automatically activate the exhaust fan whenever cooking operations occur. 2. Make air failed to work on both hood systems - need to repair 3. Need to have pull stations I.D. to which hood system they are protecting 4. Need to test cutting the link 5. The following testing was done for hood over the wood burning: Air test piping all passed Placement of nozzles & type correct Distance of nozzles to appliances correct Pull station passed Tank size correct |
