Must have 12 inches between pendant in bar and 4 inch duct work below ( 3 times rule). 6. replace painted over heads in bar and directly North of bar in dining. 7. remove tape from heads in bar 8. Provide results of last sprinkler system inspection to include the last 5 yr check valve test. 9. Replace missing cap on FDC on NW corner of parking lot. |
