a. Sales floor lights are blocking the sprinkler spray pattern need to move lights or sprinklers or lower sprinkler below the lights.
b. Replace all missing ceiling tiles and maintain the in the future.
c. Parts storage area northwest corner does not have a drop ceiling throughout therefore you have upright and pendants sprinkler heads exposed to each other this is not allowed need to correct.
d. Rear storage area far west side silver insulation is falling on upright sprinkler heads need to reinstall insulation or remove it. (NOTE make sure the insulation is not use for the proper distance needed from the deck for sprinkler head operations i.e. heads cannot more than 12 inches from the deck.
e. Need to add a sign on the rear wall below the fire bell stating the following; "FDC LOCATED ON GOLF LINKS ROAD" (3 to 4 inch size letters) with an arrow pointing the way to golf links road, then need to install a sign at the FDC stating the following "FDC FOR 2540 S. KOLD RD BUILDING" (3 to 4 size letters). Note the FDC is located right in front of discount tires wall by golf links.
2. Need to install a Fire Department key box per the approved plans permit # T13CM05399 date 10.21.2013 stamped on front cover sheet and on page A1.
3. Need to REMOVE all door hardware from middle double doors and sign above door stating "THIS DOOR TO REMIAN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED" need to make the doors not look like doors so public will not use in case of emergencies.
4. Need to secondary path showing on approved plans clear of stock, tools and trash at all times. This is the yellow painted stripes on the floor in the stock area.
