Drawing:
1.The 10’ OAH needs to be shown as measured from the top of the curb at both streets.( Ft. Low/ CClub) Not from the base of sign as indicated in drawing.
Our survey shows the sign is 1.5’ too tall.
Options are to
A. Graded/dropped the earth at the sign site by 1.5’
OR
B. Modify/shorten the pole cover/skirting on the sign, so that the OAH of sign is only 8’6” tall.
Footing Engineering:
1.Need to show ASA/Schneider stamp.

We have determined that a PDMR will not be required.
