Have engineer fill out special inspection certificate, noting "field welding" inspection, designating qualified inspector. Special inspector certificate must be approved by structural review prior to permit release. Certificate must be affirmed by inspector/engineer that work has been finished for the permit to be finaled. Meet with Andrew Connor in the Landscape Division to determine what information should be demonstrated on either the sign plan or the landscape plan for the development (or both?) to show the variance condition of approval can be met to install the sign.
