REVIEW OF SITE 10/20/14 AND COPY OF SITE PLAN WITH INSPECTOR ROBERTS, LEDONNE, AND SIGN CODE REVIEWERS THRALL AND CONNOR, CONFIRMS:

1) MONUMENT SIGN SETBACKS FOR BOTH JUAREZ AND ALVERNON (FACE OF STREET CURBS), WHILE SUFFICIENT FOR A MONUMENT SIGN, DO NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
a) Resbumit a new site plan, to scale, showing the sign with accurate setbacks from both street curbs. Additional plan check fees will apply for this revision.

2) SIGN HEIGHT EXCEEDS 10' - SUBMIT REVISED SIGN ELEVATION DRAWINGS TO REFLECT THE REVISIONS TO MEET CODE AS FOLLOWS:
a) from grade at base of sign to top of sign is 10.3'
b) from Alvernon side, setback exceeds 40' thus sign height taken from lowest finished surface within 20'. Sign height is 10.45' tall, exceeds by .45 feet. Must be reduced.
c) from Juarez side, setback within 40' of street curb thus sign height taken from top of curb or travel lane elevation. From top of curb the sign is 10.45' also, also .45' too tall and must be reduced in height.

3) ELECTRIC - NO TIMER SEEN. ACKNOWLEGED METER POLE AND SHUT OFF SWITCH. RECALL CANNOT OCCUR UNTIL SUCH TIME AS REVISED PLANS ARE APPROVED AND ALL PLAN CHECK AND RE-INSPECTION FEES PAID.
