(Tenant Improvement plan T14CM02322 approved for Firehouse Subs). 2) Check frontage - appears more building area was not included in measurement shown on plans (stopped short of southern most wall.) Tenant does not have street frontage, remove the 90' reference from application and use the length of the tenant's wall where public enters. 3) Per SC 3-77, though dimensions for panel on freestanding sign are not provided, it appears the proposal is over sign area allowance. Ensure frontage is noted correctly, if it is, revise total sign area to within ratio of 3 sqft sign area for each 1 linear foot of frontage. 4) Change of copy is required on the freestanding sign panel. Add the dimensions to the plans, and add the info to the permit application as sign "C", noting that it is change copy only. 5) Type of illumination on application is listed as "G", which is the abbreviation for Neon light source, yet the construction specs call for LED. Revise either permit application or construction drawings as applicable. 6) Provide enlarged plans so that all type is minimum of 12 point for inspections and for accurate scanned records. 7) Sign the permit application, break down the valuations of each sign including the change copy panel on the application. 8) Sign B is not 23' off ground - as shown on the plans, revise permit application. 9) Per SC 3-18, provide attachment details - note "attachment varies with wall type" is not acceptable. Note the type of wall on the plans with number, type, size of screws/bolts, etc. 10) Add the change of copy panel as "Sign C" to your location map. 11) NOTE: Reviewer attached suite 135 to permit - will reflect on internet. 12) 403.5 Outdoor Lighting Controls. 403.5.1 The means of controlling the specific "off" curfew shall be by a 24 hour timing device that includes stand-by power to maintain the time and program for a minimum of 6 hours. *** Provide note Timer is required*** 13) Further comments may be forthcoming, depending upon responses provided. |
