Per 3-77 General Business District - sign area on a monument for a sole tenant is allowed up to 31.9 sqft, max 32 sqft if self-contained premise. This tenant space is one building within a shopping center and does not appear to be a self-contained premise. Tenant panel on monument sign should be revised to 31.99 sqft or less. |
