It is clear to reviewer total sign area proposed at approximately 102 sqft is fully within sign area allowance of 3 sqft sign area per each 1 linear foot of street frontage whether contractor uses building wall length or using greater length of property line, and further known the wall signs will, by far, not cover more than 30% of any building wall.) 2) Per SC 3-18, staff noted discrepancy in size of sign between application (51.04 sqft of sign area) and drawing sheet 14 (53.12 sqft). Revise drawing. 3) Per SC 3-18, staff noted discrepancy in height off ground between drawing and application for sign on the west elevation.
