Site had 6 tenant suites. Recent combination of addressing and electrical work under permit T14CM00975 indicates site change to sole occupancy. While the property had sufficient street frontage (at 136 linear feet along Oracle Road) for a pole sign with 4 or more tenants, the site has insufficient street frontage for a singular user to have a pole sign. This single site occupant proposal would require removal of the sign, or possible modification of the pole sign to meet current code as a monument or low-profile sign. |
