Further, they shall be limited to a maximum luminous intensity of 200 nits (candela per square meter), full white mode, from sunset to sunrise. 501.6 Sign illumination curfew. Illuminated signs shall be turned off at the curfew times listed in Table 501.5 or when the business activities cease, whichever is later. Signs shall be turned off when the business activity relating to the sign has ceased for 30 days or more. Controls shall comply with Section 403.4. |
