Please note the type/size/number of attachments and the type of material and thickness of the undercanopy ceiling that two of the signs are attaching to. Do the same for the wall sign on the north elevation as well please. Note, original submittal for undercanopy sign at restaurant adjacent showed typical areas of this canopy overhang to be ¾" plywood. Please note - lag bolts will be insufficient. 3) Per SC 3-18 Location map for signs A & C appear to be off from their actual install point. On the site plan provided, look for the note "Line of Overhang Above, Typ.", then mark the locations of signs A & C in relation to that edge of canopy and the suite's building wall. Current map shows the signs up against suite's walls - likely signs would be wanted closer to overhang edge. (Inspections needs this.) 4) Detail for wall sign "sign B" has a square footage notation on the lower right side of the drawing that differs from the square footage notation on the left upper side of drawing directly under the sign. NO SIGN REVIEW CAN BE DONE UNTIL THOSE PLANS ARE APPROVED. AS A COURTESY, THE SIGN CONTRACTOR IS BEING INFORMED OF THE FOLLOWING IN ADVANCE: GO THROUGH THE APPLICATION MATERIALS AND ENLARGE ALL PRINT TO 12 POINT MINIMUM.
