Corrections outlined below can be emailed to reviewer: 1) Tenant Improvement (T.I.) plan T14CM00955 shows smaller suite size and smaller frontages along Broadway and Craycroft than revised sign location map and application. Re-measure building wall dimensions facing Craycroft and Broadway, or contact architect of record for T.I. plan for accurate dimensions. **Note, revision to the frontage dimensions may affect the total allowed sign area and your proposal may have to be modified to reduce the sign area proposed.** 2) Revise permit application and sign area sheet/sign location map as needed based on #2. Also remove reference to "frontage" from north elevation view. ("frontage" means only those walls facing a street for calculating sign area so use Craycroft and Broadway) 3) "Per Sign Code Section Sec. 3-40. Signs per street frontage. A. General rule: For premises having more than one street frontage, the maximum allowable number and square footage of on-site signs are permitted for each street frontage and are not transferable either in whole or in part from one street frontage to another." Revise permit application and calculation on sign area sheet to list EACH STREET FRONTAGE x 3 = total sign area allowed (secondary cap is no signage can exceed 30% coverage of building wall elevation) and total sign area proposed for each frontage (put north elevation signage off Craycroft's calculation since that is closest street front). |
