1) ON ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS: PER O.L.C. CH 4, SEC 403.5.1 The means of controlling the specific "off" curfew shall be by a 24 hour timing device that includes stand-by power to maintain the time and program for a minimum of 6 hours. SHOW TIMER OR NOTE ONE TO BE PROVIDED.

2) ON ALL DRAWINGS: FOR RECORDS SCANNING, INCREASE FONT TO 12 POINT MINIMUM.

3) WALL SIGN ATTACHMENT DETAIL SHOWS "STEEL STUD FRAMED WALL" BUT ELEVATION DRAWING APPEARS TO SHOW BLOCK WALL. PROJECTING SIGN DETAIL LISTS "STEEL STUD FRAME WALL" BUT 2ND DIAGRAM BELOW LISTS BLOCK WALL. CLARIFY WHICH IS WALL TYPES APPLY & REVISE DETAILS AS NECESSARY. CHECK ATTACHMENT METHOD IS SUFFICIENT FOR TYPE OF WALL.

PROJECTING SIGNAGE:

5) A review of approved development plan, DP12-0029, shows the proposed projecting sign - as submitted on a location map - is to extend over land currently owned by the City of Tucson as a common area. A re-plat is underway to convey the common area to a private H.O.A. with easements conveyed for public accessed sidewalks. Given the re-plat, the City of Tucson Real Estate and Parkwise Divisions have no objection to the proposed placement of the projecting sign over (aerially) the currently city owned land.
A) As HOA is not in place yet, Per SC 3-18, provide letter of permission from developer/owner- Jim Campbell - allowing sign placement.

B) For records of where the property line is (street curb) in relation to projecting sign (as property line is not on submitted location map), show the proposed signage on a copy of the approved DP12-0029 site plan sheet.
