Met with tenant and took pictures. Found improper electrical wiring throught the unit, smoke alarms improperly installed or missing, water heater installed without a permit, deteriorated roof sheathing and facia, cooler leaking, damaged drywall due to water leaks, unpermited and installed baseboard heating, holes in exterior stucco, south fence in disrepair and falling and shed too close to property lines. |
