There is no obstruction of the full use of the sidewalk whatsoever. The tree in question is located between the sidewalk and the curb and is in the COT ROW. There are 2-3 branches hanging down below within 80" of the ground however they are not over the sidewalk or any other right of way. Furthermore the address given by the complainant is inaccurate. The tree is located at 1814-1820 S. Rosemont. |
