| 03/18/2015 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | After reseaching NAVA line for a contact number, discovered that 444 W Louisiana st water service was terminated in Feb, of 2013, Found and made contact with the owner of property (on site) , owner stated that there was current water service and proceeded to show me that there was water at an outside hose bibb and at the kitchen sink, after further investigation , found that the water meter was missing, after several phone calls to Tucson water Department ( water services supervisor) property records showed that there was a history of meter tampering , Water Services Supervisor dispatched a field investigator, while on site the owners boy friend confessed to tampering and proceeded to show me where he tampered with the main water supply line, Tucson Water representative removed the tampering and capped and locked water supply ball valve. Issued notice of abatement and order to vacate to owner and posted DO NOT ENTER plackard on front window of house, and advised the owner of pending NOV for refuse throughout property. |
