01/06/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked the property and found power being ran from the top unit to the bootom unit by an ext cord. People where in the upstairs unit from what I was told by the occupant next door. The property was post by Inspector Stevens but had been removed, I left and went to get some more posting paper when I came back the up stairs unit was open and the occupeant was moving his furnture out. TEP was called the meters were booted and power was turned off to all three units. Explained to the renters the time they could be on the property and that they could not stay past dark, TPD was called and two office came and I explained to them when the renters could be there and could not be there. Left the property at 1645.
12/31/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site with TPD. Tenants were there to pick up their belongings. Tenant has permit for electrical reconnect, but no inspection has been made. I explained to the officer that they could be here during the day to move out, but couldn't be here at night. F/U 10 days.
