12/29/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Was called by supervison to check on unit running power illegally and getting water from next door at 419 E Navajo Rd. Spoke to two of the occupent and found out one has power but no water and the 2 other have no power and no water, they have have been without power and water for months but have been paying rent. Spoke to the owner and he stated no one should be living there, I let the owner talk to one of the occupent and they came to an understanding that they would have to have power and water to remain on the propperty. Gave 24 hr to get everything turned on.
