Gas line for old unit has been capped off, but needs securement. Ceiling damage in hallway, likely due to previous water damage. There is an area under bathroom sink that has allowed a cat to enter the unit (per tenant); fenestration on both north facing doors have broken/missing glass and need to be repaired and weather protected as well as able to operate and lock properly. |
