At site, spoke to general contractor Ron C. I explained that by constructing a 6 foot wall around the parking lot a site plan and site plan review would be required by PDSD. The Right of way setback on 1st street measures 8', the setback on McKinley measures 10'. Explained to contractor that I would have to issue a stop work order for the wall. He stated that he would take the site plan to PDSD today. F/U 30 days. |
