Code Enforcement does not have authority over roosters. Called and followed up with pima animal control.Visited the site and no one answered the door. I found weeds and dead grass vegetation in excess of 6" in height. Also found refuse to include, but not limited to: lumber, large tile/flagstone, sinks, fenceing/wrought iron, car parts, construction material and couches. There is a Red & White Ford pick-up truck with two flat tires in the front yard. License # ATE1652. Did not verify the rooster. |
