10/13/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Original Inspector left department. Supervisor Saldate conducted follow up today. Found that there is still some horse manure, smaller amounts of debris and two dilpadated sheds. Spoke with owner and adult son regarding status of final clean ups, the court order the City has and the addtional complaints from the neighborhood. Owners live out of state and are attempting to get to Tucson and address final issues. Supervisor stated that they will be contacted on Tuesday of next week and a date, plan and completion date must be provided or the city will move to clean up. ACTION: will contact owners on tuesday to get plan which will then be entered in data base.
09/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Horse have been removed the RV and some debris with Horse waste is still on the ground, have talked to the owners Son and they are working on getting a roll off and a Bob Cat to clean the rest of the property.
08/17/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The horse have been removed, still need to have the RV removed and the Horse waste removed. Working with the ownewr son to clean up the property.
07/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Meet with owner on site and went over what they will need to do under the court order. Her Son was not at the property and stated he was not leaving without being served. Call TPD to talk to the Son of the owner he got a little out of control and they had to call some back up, total of 6 officer were at the location where we meet the Son which was not at the property in question but was at 36th and mission. Officers and the mother talked to the Son for about a hour and we came to an understanding that we would give the Son until next Sunday to get the horses and the RV off the property and get the horse waste cleaned up. If this doesn't happen then the family will come in and do it.
07/13/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site inspection of both parcels (1934 & 1940) for court took photos of the RV two more JMVs are on site, the Horse waste and the trash and debris.
01/27/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site inspection of both parcels (1934 & 1940); son of owner at location. Vegetation over 6" has been primarily removed including from the abutting alley area; areas of refuse and/or scattered debris remain, including horse manure. JMV removed. Shed has been painted. RV present, son maintains it is storage for tack and other essentials. Horses present, corral appears to meet setback. The sheds, RV, storage, horses, etc. are all on designated vacant parcels, the entire property is split into 5 separate parcels, only one has a residential structure.
03/19/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Spoke to the owner Son Dale and I asked him to come down to PDSD to talk about waht he can and cannot do on the property which is a R-1 Zone. He state he woudl conbtact his mother and to coantact their lawyer.
