09/23/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Visited site, inspected, found as follows, the original complaint that was initiated was taken care of, this was the overgrown vegetation, grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height thru out the property, right of ways and easements, there was also graffiti on the cmu masonry walls, these were taken care of, then the complaint came in about the cargo truck, junked motor vehicles, i contacted the owner at that point and explained that there is items on the porch and that the items needed to be removed from porch area and also neatly park vehicles on property, upon follow up, owner had parked vehicles on property according as directed, removed items on porch area. Today's inspection showed vegetation overgrowth, grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height thru out the property, due to the recent rains and minimal scrape iron in the yard I contacted owner and explained that the vegetation overgrowth again was back due to the recent rains, also that there is minimal scrap iron that needed to be removed. Owner stated that he has hired personal to get the overgrown vegetation removed and that he was going to remove the minimal scrape iron, will send notice of violation for the grass and weeds and give ten days to abate. There is also a five foot screening cmu wall that surrounds the property on two sides .
