Addition to the rear of the main dwelling without permit. The addition is approxomately 10'x40'. There are numerous problems including water leaking under the sole plate and accumulating in the floor aera of the illegal addition. The gas water heater and are not properly vented and the TMP dump on the water heater is no properly installed and not diverted to the exterior. There are roof leaks evidenced by staining and deteriorating ceilings in the addition. |
