At site, spoke to owners brother. He stated that his brother was trying to find a contractor to finish the project. I explained that I was trying to contact him about his expired permit. I explained that I would give him 5 days to renew the permit or remove the addition from the home before I would issue a citation. F/U 7/24/15. |
