Visited site, inspected, found as follows, there are four vehicles in front of property, two are parked in the front yard, one is a white chevy 4 X 4 approximate value about 30,000, the othe other is a Jeep sedan approximate value 20,000, then there is two vehicles in the driveway and carport, one is a approximately 68/69 chevy with historic plates which are current, the second vehicle parked in carport is a older vehicle but is covered with a car cover under a designated carport, walked in the utility easement, all grass and weeds-vegetation overgrowth grass and weeds exceeding six nches in height in the utility easment and back yard were cut and removed, there is a red ford 4 X 4 vehicle parked in the back yard, complete, there was no trailer parked on the pedistrian walkway or any other easments asscociated with the property. |
