Dave Roberts and myself met at the property yesterday. It was decided that there is very little if any which CE can address. Dave was to meet with an engineer from TRANS to discuss the issue of vehicles being parked illegally on the COT ROW. The issue of water accumulation on 1265 is a result of an oversight by plan review in a recent modification to the 1255 property. Dave will contact myself regarding the outcome of his meeting with TRANS and we will decide a direction to pursue. |
