THE ROOF HAS SINCE BEEN PATCHED AND NO LONGER LEAKS BUT THE HOLE IN THE DRYWALL REMAINS. I ALSO FOUND THE FRONT DOOR DAMAGED AND AT THE TIME THERE WERE NO KNOBS. THE LIGHT FIXTURE NEAR THE HOLE WAS DAMAGED AND NOT COMPLETED AND WIRING TO THE LIGHT FIXTURE WAS EXPOSED. OTHER THAN THOSE THREE ITEMS THE APT WAS CLEAN AND FAIRLY WELL KEPT. MET WITH MANAGER LISA MARKWELL WHO STATED THE OCCUPANT IS BEING EVICTED DUE TO HE WAS TRADING WORK FOR RENT, HAD NOT PAID RENT NOR HAS HE MADE THE REQUESTED REPAIRS. DOOR HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND IS ON SITE TO BE REPLACED, BUT NOT YET DONE. EXPLAINED TO LISA WHAT 3 THINGS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED, THE NOV PROCESS AND TIME FRAMES.
