Site inspection; plumbing issue originally reported as occurring at 549 N 6th (attorney office) but possibly originating from 545 N 6th due to their pipe being snaked. No current clogged sewer pipe, but complainant had concern about work without permits including renovation and sewer work. Inspection next door at 543 & 545 showed it being occupied by Reliable Nurses with recent renovations; C of O on display under T13CM04568 but addressed as 537(abutting building to south). Research confirms this permit and C of O is for all three parcels (same owner) with approved inspections. No violation. |
