Site inspection with tenant on location showed no evidence of current sewage spill, no smell. Abutting larger parcel to north has same owner; the back yards are contiguous; no evidence noted in this area as well; inpsected area along Queen near garbage cans, which also showed no evidence or smell, but showed a sewer grate in the road near this area. |
